Zorrid

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and M/s Vardhman One, the legal entity that operates zorrid.com and is referred to here as "Zorrid", "we" and "us". By making an account, or by using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Zorrid. M/s Vardhman One is registered in India under GSTIN 23CZPPG8385L1ZM.

Our privacy policy forms part of these terms and explains what we do with information about you.

1. Who can use Zorrid

2. Accounts and approval

Making an account does not entitle you to use the marketplace. Every creator and every brand is reviewed before being approved, and we may decline an application or reverse an approval at our discretion — for example where figures appear inflated, where engagement looks bought, or where an account misrepresents who is behind it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.

3. Barter, not payment

Zorrid is barter-only. A brand provides a product; a creator provides content. Zorrid does not pay creators, does not collect payment on a creator's behalf, and the value shown against a collaboration is the retail value of the product, not a fee.

Whether that exchange has tax consequences for you is your own affair. Barter can be taxable income in many places, and we do not give tax advice.

4. What creators agree to

5. What brands agree to

6. Who owns the content

The creator owns what they make. Posting it under a Zorrid collaboration does not transfer that.

By posting under a collaboration, the creator grants the brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to re-share that content on the brand's own social media accounts, with credit to the creator, for 12 months from the date it is posted.

Anything beyond that — paid advertising, the brand's website, packaging, print, or editing the content into something else — needs the creator's separate written permission. A brand that wants those rights should agree them with the creator directly.

The creator grants Zorrid permission to show the content, and their profile, within the Zorrid platform and in material about the collaboration.

7. Things you may not do

8. Suspension and ending your account

You can close your account whenever you like by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why. Where a collaboration is already under way, we will try to see it through fairly to the other side before closing anything.

9. If something goes wrong between you

Zorrid introduces brands and creators and provides the tools to run a collaboration. The collaboration itself is between the two of you. If a product never arrives, arrives broken, or a post never happens, tell us at hello@zorrid.com and we will look into it and can withdraw approval — but we are not a party to your agreement and we do not guarantee either side's performance.

10. What we do not promise

Zorrid is provided as it is. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, that approval will lead to collaborations, or that a collaboration will produce any particular result in sales, reach or engagement.

Figures we show about an Instagram account come from Instagram and are correct only as at the moment we fetched them. We are not responsible for Instagram's accuracy or availability.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for the value of a product sent under a collaboration. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and where a change materially affects you we will email you rather than rely on you noticing. Continuing to use Zorrid after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
